My First Godot4 Game: KAWAII PONG - A Retro-Inspired Experience
Hello everyone!
I'm excited to share my first game created using Godot4, called KAWAII PONG. As a fan of retro games, I took inspiration from the classic 1976 game SUPER PONG and put my own spin on it.
In KAWAII PONG, I aimed to capture the nostalgic feel of retro games with a bit of a modern twist. The visuals are designed to evoke a sense of nostalgia while adding a slight dreamy quality. I've also incorporated some of the original game's color palette and sound effects, but with my own unique touch. If you're curious, I encourage you to compare KAWAII PONG with the game that inspired it and see how they differ.
Please keep in mind that this game is still a work in progress. I have plans to add more game modes, visual effects, and various other improvements in the future. I would love to hear your feedback and suggestions as I continue to develop KAWAII PONG.
Thank you for checking out my first Godot4 game. I hope you enjoy playing KAWAII PONG as much as I enjoyed creating it. Stay tuned for more updates!
Happy gaming!
